Enjoy the comfort of our open-plan bedroom, which overlooks the main area and listen to the fire cracking as you snuggle up and relax.  There are several closets for your use as well as an en-suite complete with a shower and bath.  

The cottage comprises of two bathrooms, (one en-suite) open plan living area,  one additional sofa bed in the living area,  kitchen and dining area.  

Log fire with logs provided.  

Private fenced garden complete with BBQ and seating area for your use.

The Schoolhouse Cottage (Sleeps max 4) 

It is a wonderful quiet getaway filled with historical significance where you can relax and enjoy the tranquil countryside.  

• The Schoolhouse Cottage has 1 Bedroom:

  • 1 x Double Bedroom with Double Bed & Ensuite Shower/Bath Room upstairs.  

  • 1 x double sofa bed in the main living area. 

  • 2nd bathroom with bath and shower on the main level

  • All of the living accommodation is on ground floor level, and there is a lovely open plan kitchen/dining/sitting area with vaulted open beam ceilings.

  • The dining area seats four.

• There is a Log Burner which can be set for you on your arrival, together with a complimentary basket of logs. Additional logs can be purchased at cost.  

• Fully equipped kitchen with a  fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and washing machine

• Laundry facilities such as washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.

• Peaceful rural location, with lovely views and walking trails from the door
